cPanel Problem

I am having some problems with my host, everytime I try to install or extract something I get this:

Extract Error:

Archive: /home/mypromot/public_html/matesociety.com/wordpress-3.3.2.zip
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/mypromot/public_html/matesociety.com/wordpress-3.3.2.zip or
/home/mypromot/public_html/matesociety.com/wordpress-3.3.2.zip.zip, and cannot find /home/mypromot/public_html/matesociety.com/wordpress-3.3.2.zip.ZIP, period.

Please help, I have also told host administrator too.
