Wow neat! Currently only one redirection url. Also, we get to set our nameservers right?

It is currently a redirection only site, with masking, more like co.nr then co.cc, I would do the nameservers but thats over 400 a month more.
I am still looking into it all though.

Would you guys rather have a forum host?

It depends. What software do you plan on using? phpBB sounds good to me.
