If you haven't seen a perfect web site in terms of SEO, it makes sense. Nothing is perfect. Specially, SEO-wise, as the SEO world changes daily, even more so over the course of 5 years.
I would also say that if we were to take time out of the equation and you haven't seen a perfect SEO web site, I doubt you are a "very experience SEO analyst"
