I feel like making a new forum to work with along side my current one. I just don't know what kind of niche I should go with.

Anyone have any suggestions? I've wanted to try a webmaster forum, but domain names for them are hard to come by.

If you can't think of a forum topic, you don't really want to make a forum. People who do this give the forum less dedication and it never suceseeds.

Well I was having thoughts of intergrating a webmaster forum section into my current forum, but then thought I should make a different forum dedicated for just that.

Eh...there are lots of successful huge webmaster forums out there, so I would assume starting one now would be quite hard.

I would make a forum where there is not too much competition going around. It's hard thinking of a new revolutionary niche without people stealing your ideas.

Unfortunately a forum for exists for everything and if one doesn't the chances are someone tried it and there weren't much demand for it.

If you do make a webmaster forum or something similar the best thing to do is to make your site different is a way compared to all the others in order to make people join yours rather then all the bigger other ones.

Thanks for the input everyone.

I'm going to test out a category on my current forum for webmaster design and development to see how it works out.

I also plan to let people promote their websites for free traffic with a minimum of 5 posts, which might get people to signup and post.
