Do you know how to create a social network right now?

Do you know how write up all the code and do you have ideas on what makes yours so special? You can't just say it'll have this and that and be like Facebook but better because that just won't happen.

Twitter is very successful because it's very different to Facebook, has one major similarity but still offers a different way to communicate with people.

I'd wait if I was you, watching The Social Network film isn't going to give you everything you need in order to create Facebook 2.0.

ASPX is great but most populuar sites such as Facebook,Twitter and Yahoo uses PHP Even forums such as Forumpromotion are using the php system

But its upto you of what you would what to use for your network

And I Highly Recomend soem helpers aswill

I'll quote a guy off my forum:

Facebook is all Hip-Hop'd php. Thus it is all C++, and therefor it is all machine code, and assuming linux servers running intel CPUs it is all x64x86 opcodes and therefore it is a stream of 1s and 0s.

They wont be able to make anything with out knowledge, they suggest hiring a development team that wants to create one as well. It needs a tricky name and they suggest applying PHP as it goes hand in hand with MySQL.
