If you want to run a webmasters forum you must first experience being a webmaster. You can't create something you need help to build upon, go out and talk to some pro's like Fergal or try Googling some stuff.
nope, but what's the point of a unique niche when no one is going to be interested in it?
And @unknown error I've been a webmaster for a long time of various forums so I know what to do. Still don't mind asking for help as no one know it all no matter how experience.

My advice pick a diffrent niche, i started a webmaster forum a few weeks ago , promoting it and getting members is not easy , there is way to many bigger webmaster forums out there to chose from, but thats like any niche your always competeting , just my 2 cents.
