Creating Infographics! Help!

I am a newbie at web and graphic design. I would like to learn creating infographics. Could you tell me how to do that? What websites do you know that help to make it?

first of all grab a free software for designing graphics like gimp or paint.net and start getting used to it's tools the you can search online for tons of tutorials to help you.
