Creative Forum Monetization

What have been the most creative ways that you have monetized your forum?

Are you just using the normal methods of making money with your forum? Or are you thinking outside of the box and looking at alternative methods?

I'd love to see what you've done to be creative about making money with a community!

I haven’t monetized my forum yet, so I don’t have personal experience. But if I am doing it I would probabky try premium memberships, look for sponsorshio or even use adsense.

That would be selling digital courses and ebooks. I tried with ebooks but did not have any sales.
