Cross Country!

Hey everyone who is in cross country?

I LOVE cross-country, and I just started this year. My current 5k time is 21 min. I also got 18th place out of 356 people in a race in northern michigan.

Do any of you guys do cross-country? If so what is your 5k time?

I used to do a bit of Cross Country but I prefer other sports.

I ran cross-country when I was in high school. My best time was 19:05.

I did track, but we sometimes ran like cross country.

I would never be able to do this 😛

If I run for too long I can't breathe and it's not because I'm out of shape or anything..this happened when I was in marching band too.
