I want to sell a Crysis 2 blog of mine.

Its been up for a month and a week or two and already has over 1,100+ unique hits.

This website is SUPER highly SEO optimized. We are ranking for over 400+ keywords related to Crysis. We are on the first page of Google for numerous keywords, and the first 5 pages for numerous, first 10, first 20 etc. We rank on just about every page for many keywords.

We have gotten over 21,000+ impressions in the past month weve been open from Google. With Over 900+ clicks from the impressions.

Adsense earns about a $1 and some every month. First month was just under $1. Next month was $1.16ish, this month were at $1.41 so far. so earnings is climbing

I had a Crysis 2 PS3 player who is ranked in the top 20 on the leaderboards make about 5/6 videos on tips/tricks (i paid him for each video)

so its got great unique content.

Not being rude, but you can't expect to sell a site for $XXX when you've earned less than $2.

Not being rude, but you can't expect to sell a site for $XXX when you've earned less than $2.

Not be more rude but you actually can. I've sold numerous website without ANY revenue for way over $xxx. Its okay that you don't see the value in almost 70% of this websites traffic coming from Google, very unique (i mean UNIQUE) custom videos, and custom articles. Over 500 (just checked) keywords were ranking for in Google, a HUGE chunk of them putting us on the first few pages of Google (with many ON the first page). Over 21,000 impressions and over 900 clicks in a month?

I would pay in the $xxx range for a website like that.

Also I sold a website about sandwiches for $300 with no revenue after having it for 2 months. A good idea, with unique content, can be worth $xxx to the right person. I sure as HELL wouldnt let this website go for under $100. That would be insane with the power it has in Google right now. Hence the $XXX range.

What magic you did to your blog that it is getting such high amount of visitors from google in just one month 🙂 .It is only as a leaner point of view please don't mistake me as buyer.

I accept that when we add keywords like Tricks, it gets you in 3rd or 4th position. I can't really judge price for this site, sorry.

I didnt say I was on the first page for the keyword "crysis 2 multiplayer" though yes we are within the first 3/4 pages for that keyword, which is the most competitive keyword out of all the ones we have.

Considering that term gets over 40,000 searches a month, the first 4 pages is pretty damn good. With the right backlink process you can move higher easily.

Again, we do rank on the first page for many keywords, many GOOD ones that get searches. Hence Over 900 clicks from google...

I will probably be listing this on Flippa to an audience who sees how much value that is, so if you are interested let me know soon
