Pros:
- Your banner looks nice. I like how it uses the CSI font. The banner goes well with the colors of your fourm, and sticks out. It's clear and not distorted. Definitely keep it.
- The professionalism was good. All of your threads and posts were well-written. That's good because stickies should always be like that. You want to ensure members think you're experienced. Thankfully, you're doing well so far.
- I'm glad to see you didn't have too many off-topic forums. A lot of forums have more, or almost as many, off-topic forums as they do actual ones related to, in your case, CSI. You don't have too many right now, I wouldn't add any more right now.
- I like the icons on your skin. They relate to CSI. This give your forum a more custom look.
- I liked your site layout. You didn't have too many forums. Also, you categorized all the forums in their respective categories correctly.
Cons:
- Your forum descriptions are sort of lackluster. Most of them are in "Post about [x] here." Surely you could come up with some different and/or more original ones. Maybe mention CSI things in them.
- Your skin lacks color. Maybe you could make a good background for the overall background or the post background. Because as it is now, everything is some sort of shade of black, white, or gray. That gets old, fast.
- Your Online and Profile buttons are OK, but they need a different font. That font does not match them, at all. They also don't go with your forum.
Final/General Thoughts: Your forum is off to a good start.
