Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing that anybody notices when he/she visits your site is the wonderful "splash screen" you have before entering your site. The graphic is very well done, and it's definitely an amazing first impression. Once one goes past the splash screen and onto your forum, the theme is pretty amazing. The header is mind-blowingly fantastic. However, I have a few suggestions that I think would make it even more amazing. I would recommend making the red cell pictures on your forum a little darker. The bright red doesn't look horrible, but I think the brightness looks a bit out of place compared to the darkness of the rest of the template. I would also recommend changing the yellow links and the yellow check marks on your index to an orange color (perhaps #FF6600 or #AA6600). I think that if you made these changes, the theme would be mind-blowingly spectacular.
Your forum does look a bit inactive at a glance, however. Your statistics aren't very solid, and most of your forums are fairly close to being empty. I would recommend doing some post exchanges for your forum to increase your statistics. Prospective members are more likely to join if your forum appears active.
Overall, my first impression was fairly neutral.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout appears to be pretty good. It's fairly concise, organized, and it puts focus on the central theme of your site. Your layout makes it easy for users to navigate your forum, but also leaves plenty of room for discussion. I do not believe you need to worry about changing your layout at this time. Be careful to keep things organized if you decide to add any more forums, though.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum receives approximately forty posts per day, and you have five posts for each of your thirty-nine members. Considering that your forum has only been up for about five days, these statistics aren't horrible. However, there is still plenty of room for improvement. As I stated before, I would recommend doing some post exchanges to boost your forum's appeal to prospective members. The services on Forum Promotion may be quite useful to you since you clearly have some graphic ability. If you can make an advertisement banner that looks like the banner at the top of your forum, it could really attract some eyes if placed in the banner rotation on Forum Promotion. I would also recommend signing up on some other gaming sites and posting around a bit wearing your site's signature banner. Again, your graphics could really attract some eyes.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
If I can count, then your forum currently employs two administrators and two moderators. That seems like a good amount of staff members to start with, and I wouldn't recommend hiring any more at this time. However, not all of your staff members appear to be posting actively. One of your staff members has less than one post per day. It's important for your staff members to remain active on the forum; if they don't, then the forum appears neglected. Moderators are supposed to keep the community in check, so they should be active posters in the community! Your staff members could also do a better job of welcoming new users; I see some introduction topics with only one reply. You have four staff members; every staff member should be making sure that new users feel welcome on your forum. That way, they're more likely to stay. Overall, your staff members just need to participate more actively in the community.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptons are lacking. Very few of them are complete sentences, and all of them are very short. You want your descriptions to reflect the amount of effort you're putting into your forum, and your descriptions make it seem as if you're not trying. Every forum description should be a complete sentence. I think that you need to make it sound like you have a lot of people on your forum who are knowledgeable about Counter-Strike. You also need to make your forum sound like it's fun to post on. The descriptions you have now make your forum seem extremely boring. Your descriptions also contain some grammatical errors, but it would be silly to point those out since I'm recommending that you change them. If you choose to take my advice and write new descriptions, then request a follow-up review; we can discuss grammar there.
