CSS loading slow or something

For some reason, I'm getting a white page for up to 3 seconds before the css loads on the forum located here: http://huttporn.biz/forum/index.php
I've tried cache clearing and everything. Can anyone help out as to why this might be?

I just tried it and it did the same thing to me too, the only thing I can suggest is that the server is running a bit slow.

Figured it out. Was a jquery link in the header, trying to maintain the link now.
