Okay, I have recently installed a plugin for http://www.DailyStool.co.uk where people get points for commenting and other things and if you have so many points you will get a rank.
I need ideas of how many points gets what ranks if you know what I mean.
I want about 12 unique ranks.

1,000,000 cubeionair To be and "inair" does it have to be 1million or 1billion as I think it will take years to get 1million points?
If you are actively moderating your forum, and read every post then you will likely want to rank the more in-depth posts rather than posts that only span a single sentence. There are also a lot of spammers out there, so I'm not sure if you want to de-rank people for posting spam or if you simply delete the posts.
It would definitely take years to hit a million posts, and you will of course want some ranks in between so that people can get a sense of progress and gratification for participating.
Ideally you may want a few ranks for 50, 100, 200 posts and then save the later ranks for those who actively post.
