Custom CodeGreen Banner and rankings

I want two things done.

Type of graphic:
banner and ranking icons

Size of graphic:
For the banner, 418x164, or any prefferred size

For the rankings, 135x50

Text:
Banner: CodeGreen

Rankings: none

Font(s):
Banner: http://www.dafont.com/font.php?file=pro ... asst=alpha

Rankings: none

Color scheme:

Banner: Make the text dark green with shadows.

Rankings: Green

Images*: None

Forum/Website Link: http://codegreen.gooforums.com/forum.htm

Notes:
Banner:
Make the Banner have a black background, matching my forum's style.
Make it have Green text as described above, CodeGreen.
Please make it match the the style of the forum.

Rankings:
Make 12 ranking images.
They all have a black border,
and it is a round progress bar.
And throughout rankings 1-10 make the progress bar go further until it's filled.
Ranking 11 should be a full progress bar, that's blue instead of green.
Ranking 12 should be a full progress bar, that's red instead of green.
