Ok, I am having a custom file host script made for me, it's going to cost quite a lot to have built, along with a template. Here are the features already being incorporated:
Guest Uploads (files deleted after 30 days, without download).
Register (files deleted after 90 days, without download).
Premium (files never deleted).
Referal System (get paid for referrals file downloads).
Paid for every 1,000 downloads (members get paid for everytime their file is downloaded 1,000 times).
Plus it will have all the usual pages such as Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Contact Page, FAQ Page and any others.
I was wondering, if I was to have a feature coded to incorporate this script with phpBB for example, would be people use it? The system would be pretty simple, instead of files being uploaded in threads to your own server, it would upload the files to ours, and everything else would still be the same. For instance, you will still be able to place the file in posts, add comments etc.
What are your thoughts?
