Just did. It's a promotion forum? I guess I may join.

Nah, I just added the promotion part to it just because I felt like to.

Basically it is a all around community board, where those new to creating forums, or just need time away from their major forums can go, and start anew with a small amount of boards to moderate over. People can request boards, and talk in them, and if the service is closed, that means no one can request boards to moderate at that time. Which means the community posting and such can grow enough to warrant opening the service again.
