Custom Subsection Opened for IPMS/C.A.R.S. in Miniature

I opened up a new custom subsection for a car club that I'm a member of. I hope stuff like this this that would normally draw in a few members to a small specialized Forum will help me grow my bigger Forum by upping the activity level and overall post counts.
