Custom title MOD, does anyone use it ?

I heard and saw it is buggged and doesn't work fine. I would like to use it and also installed it but can't find it anywhere in ACP And did all the edits.

I can only change permissions but not the settings :sad: Does anyone know a Custom title mod that users can use to have there own custom title if they have the permission for it ?

Ah I remember that mod when I was using phpBB, it sucked and was such a pain in the ass to install.....
