My Feedback: I requested a MyBB design to be made from him. It was not fully completed as described. I asked for him kindly to fix the reported issues with the unfinished design.

I attempted to contact him for almost a month. I always continued to get the same excuse, "I am busy.". For almost a month now I waited patiently. I have demanded a refund instead since he is not going to finish the design work I paid him for. But he refused to give me a refund for a unfinished design. So I had to put up a dispute on Paypal to get my refund.

Yes, I came up with lame excuses and what not, but I needed to find something to keep me busy, I decided to go out into the world, as an Adult, try find a job, and what not, like I have told you on Skype, I am going to fix these tonight,

As a person I understand where you're coming from Brad, but as someone who sold a service I'm sorry to say that's completely unacceptable. I have nothing against you but would advise that you cease selling services you cannot complete. Good luck finding a job. I hope everything works out well for you. 🙂
