I am looking for someone that can make me a custom WordPress theme. If you know a designer or design company that can and would recommend please reply here with a way I can get in contact with them.

What are the chances of getting free time from him (at least at an economical cost)? 😛

But I would definitely give a recommendation. If you can catch him, then you're quite lucky. He's great at what he does.

You'd need some foundation with PHP. It's not challenging, but some people go nuts at the thought of PHP.

I have decided to go with premium theme instead of custom one and just edit the premium them to my likening. Once the website is older I may get a custom theme for it.
