Custom Wordpress Theme

I'm looking to commission someone to make a custom wordpress theme for my blog and I don't know of any sites that do this. Can anyone recommend me a site or two?

I don't give price ranges, had incidents in the past where people went for the full amount instead of giving me a fair price.

I run a simple wordpress blog, so I guess there be the blog view page and the page that comments and the full article are on.

You should say how much you are willing to spend on your theme, how many pages need to be done etc etc, prie may vary from $99 to $650
