Customers won't pay me back

So this customer ordered 100 posts for 4 dollars. So I completed 100 posts, I pmed him back saying I completed it. He didn't reply back and send me the cash for about 2.5 weeks. What should I do?

Report him on whatever site he ordered the package. Let the administration deal with it.

I'd personally give the users name to the public so no one knows to trust said user.

First thing I'd do is send one last warning and then delete all 100 posts.

It's probably easier to get paid first before you post or arrange a deal of posting, say a quarter of the deal, then getting paid for you to do the remainder.
