I'll ask the style author 2moro for you, as i am speaking to him 2moro about something else anyway.

I don't know how to do it off the top of my head i'm afraid there is no clue in the code that would give me any hint until someone else knows.

Also, how can I set up a Employee of the Month like here at FP? By that I mean, How can I get the Icon beside the EOTM and when your mouse goes ontop on the icon, it shows you "Employee of the month"?

I am pretty sure it is a MOD. I think it is called "Awards Medal MOD" or something.
