First Impressions:
I don't think I've ever seen a forum so....pink. I've seen some forums that included the color in them but I've never seen a forum that used so much of it. I know that k-pop is a certain genre of music so I was confused when I first saw the picture at the top of the forum. Is the picture of the group of girls, do that happen to be a band of some sorts from that specific genre? I think it would be beneficial to have some sorts of a description about your forum that would make it more clear. I did find a little bit of a description but I had to spend some time looking for it. If you are going to have a description about your forum, I would put it where guests can see it/find it more easily.

Site Structure:
The way that the forum is laid out, it looks pretty good. One thing I would do differently is I would take the "Plug Your Board" and add to the rest of the sections in the "A Cute Hangout" area. I'm not really seeing any reasons why that would be in an area all by itself. Especially since your forum doesn't really have anything to do with advertising or forum promotion specifically. Also, you may want to consider adding some widgets off to the side (right side or left side, either way is your choice) that include active topics or show the activity on your forum in some way. I think it will help show how active your forum is and help convert people to your forum from guests into members.

Thing you liked best about forum: The descriptions for each section make it easier for me to find the discussions I'm looking for.
Thing you liked least about forum: Description of the forum needs to be easier to see/find.

I know your forum is new but I think with a few minor changes (and a lot of advertising), I think you can really make a go with it. I wish you the best of luck in the future, both for you and the forum.​
