Okay can someone make a tutorial on how to make a forum template on photoshop and then how to cut and code it please.

I would use Adobe Illustrator. Much better tools to do such.

Why not work off of prosilver on local host, make all the html edits you need, then make the images to fit in?

Well I use mybb. I also need help with css and php so I can know the colors and stuff.

Get firebug for FireFox. If you are new to css and stuff, it will help you. You can highlight an item and it will show you the css code, and when you hover it with show you the color.

I will probably post a basic web design tutorial for everyone soon.

You will need Photoshop & Dream weaver to start with, then you need to learn the basics of PHP, HTML & Css. You also need to start to understand the way a template's system works and how they are different from others.

Then you have to know more about the templates and the set variables for that system.

Armed with that knowledge you can start to make some very interested and nice style 🙂
