Cyber Snake Live Support just got even better!

Today, I paid £6.99 for an iPhone app which will connect me to the Cyber Snake Live Support service. I have tested this app by setting up a chat with myself (lame, I know! LOL! 😛 ) and it didn't seem to work the first time. Well it did. I got the alert and everything, tapped to answer the chat, and then the app must have crashed or something. Bear in mind it is an iPhone app, and I'm running it on my iPad. Also, the app is designed for iOS 4, and I'm running it in iOS 5. Anyway, I tried again, and it worked (pretty well actually). Now why am I telling you this?

Having only been available when logged into Windows,
(I have a mac you see that runs windows in boot camp)
The live support service was only online around 5-8 hours a day.

I wasn't 100% happy with this so I set up MSN support for use outside of these hours.
Now MSN support is fully operational, and we will definitely continue to offer this service.
But our live chat service, providing this iPhone app keeps working, should now be available around 12-18 hours a day. Now a lot of hosts claiming to offer 24 hours are not actually 24 hours, except the big hosts, because they have the staff to achieve this. But we are new, so I hope that by investing £6.99 in this app, I can now keep our live support service open for 12-18 hours a day if possible.

This would be a great help actually as I'm dying to test this app to the limits.
I've tested it a few times, but I'm not entirely sure if it will work every single time.
It's not strictly compatible with my iPad software you see. However, I have got it to work.

Currently zrob is the only operator on the live chat. But you may submit support tickets.

Yes, after 11pm UK time live chat goes off as I need to sleep.
I would ideally like to have more than one operator on live chat.
But due to subscription restrictions, this would not be cost effective at this stage.
I am trying to keep the live chat service online as much as possible.
So far I think we can manage 12-18 hours a day, thanks to the new app. 🙂

You can always use support tickets outside of these hours.
Chris lives in the USA so in a different timezone to me, he may be able to help you. 😉
 
I may be able to help out but me and Zrob has the same time zone so i don't think it will help much.
 
Live Chat has been online since early this morning.
It's still online at the time of posting this (10:12pm).
This new app is really useful. I will be going off soon though.
So I will be handing you over to Chris or Ace via support tickets.

Our live chat service, and our billing system, are now secured by an SSL certificate. This is something we have been wanting to do for a while, but it took some time to acquire a dedicated IP address. But we installed the SSL on Friday 16th March 2012. You can now chat in confidence and BE confident that, according to our Privacy Policy, any details you provide us with on registration are, and will remain, safe.
