Number of Members: 8/10 41 members in just over a month is good especially for a new board.
Number of Active Members: 6/10 - you have a few active members but lots have never posted or posted once and that's all.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 7/10 - you have an average of about 10 or 11 posts per user which is OK for a newish board. None of the posts are spam posts really which is good for the number of posts you have.
Appearance (first impressions): 7/10 - It all looks OK as the logo matches the skin nicely and the buttons match although i don't really like the skin much. It looks a bit boring in my opinion but everybody sees things differently so you can't please everyone.
Layout: 7/10 - The categories are not to big and are split up nicely although you could hide some of the inactive forums and offline forums especially if there are nothing in them. It makes you board look more inactive.
Moderation: 6/10 - You have 2 active admins which is good but your community team leader has yet to post while your community team member has posts over 40 times which is a bit unfair to the community team member as if he is active and doesnt get moved groups when the leader hasn't even posted. Other then that your forums seem well moderated.
Activity: 6/10 - I haven't looked in great detail but some of your forums do seem to be quite inactive and quite a few haven't had posts in over a week, some even longer!
Overall mark (out of 100): 60/100... Could do with some changes and a bit more activity.
