Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
Your forum is very fresh and opening with a nice welcoming theme, you have done well on choosing the theme you are using. The layout is minimal with no large elements getting in the way, but at the same time you have cleverly introduced colour into an otherwise very bland theme. I really like the top menu bar icons with the Register and Login buttons visible and noticable but not overpowering. The nifty little bar informing us of how many databases and domains have been sold works well and informs the visitor what this forum is all about. The logo is very simple and clean but I don't think the white of the text works with the forum. If you look at the white used on the main board it is more creamy white than the sharp white you have used on the logo. I would suggest matching these so that the logo blends with the theme more. Also, the logo is not aligned with the menu on the header bar.
The board makers inform me of where there is new information to read and the coloured images next to each both help with the navigation and work well with the clean and open layout of the rest of the board. It is nice to see that you have used a pale red on the titles of each board so that there is still colour flowing through the theme. On the footer the language selector is not aligned with the button which looks slightly odd. Other than these small edits this is a very nice theme which you should be very happy with. I am very impressed with the way colour has been used so well with a grey and white theme, good job!
I do find it a shame that the markers aren't being used on the actual board lists. Here you still have the standard MyBB markers and those ugly little arrows that MyBB adds everywhere. I would suggest using smaller icons that are similar to the ones you use on the board index. Again the GO buttons are not aligned with the search and select bars they are next to. All buttons are very nicely designed though and blend in well with the theme.
Even the individual post layouts are nicely designed, but I would like to see the avatars slightly larger as there is space for them next to the names. I like the concept of all the information about the poster being above their post, but the right hand side information seems to jump apart a bit making the gap a little too big with a big white space inbetween. Maybe making this whole profile slimmer and having the information in more columns across the whole top of the post would work better. The FIND button had me confused until I pressed it, I don't really think it is needed.

Site Layout
The first sections contains the boards I expect it to. Usually I wouldn't have a seperate Information board from the News and Announcements board but as your forum has a lot to do with money exchange I can understand you needing to have a board with all the information in as there is always a lot. This section works well.
The second section, The MarketPlace, contains 5 boards. Each board contains 20-60 posts which isn't really that much. As the forum is still quite small I would suggest merging the Site Sales board with the Forum and Blog Database board. I know they aren't quite the same but as there aren't many sites for sale I feel that you can quite easily work this is there. It would make things look a little tidier and improve the navigation.
I don't quite understand why you have chosen to have the third section as a webmaster section. But this actually seems to work quite well and it is always nice to see a forum that has opted out of having an off-topic board. I do feel that you only need to have one board called webmaster, there really aren't enough threads in each of these boards for them to need to be seperate.

Statistics and Activity
Date Forum Opened: 16th December 2011
Our members have made a total of 635 posts in 132 threads.
We currently have 68 members registered.
Your forum has been open for about 2 weeks and in that time has gained 635 posts which is really good. With 68 registered members that gives you an average of 9 posts per member which isn't a huge amount but for 2 weeks that is absolutly fine. If you keep promoting your forum, have active staff and provide interesting content then you have no reason to worry!

Staff Moderation
You have one administrator and one moderator, for a forum this small I don't really see what a moderator can do to help as long as the admin is active, but it is always nice to have back-up if you are unable to get online for some reason. You and your moderator have a good amount of posts for such a young forum and I really don't see any issues here. It is nice to see staff that are making a good effort to get a forum growing and active and you both seem to be doing this. A word of advice would be to avoid posting in a staff forum if you have one, not that I am saying that you are doing anything wrong but it is an easy habit for staff to get stuck in.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
The board descriptions quality is a bit varied, some are very well written and some have some small grammatical errors. They are informative but they aren't very interesting. In one case, the New Member Introductions the board description is exactly the same as it is on the Questions, Feedback and Suggestions. This is probably just a mistake, but it shows to me that you have been copy pasting when making the board descriptions and probably rushed through it.
When posting announcements you are very professional in the way you write but you often write sentences seperated in paragraphs which makes the announcements a bit hard to read and understand at times. Try to write a bit more lengthier announcements that contain more information and flow.

Final Remarks
A nice forum concept that will do very well when the right people visit. It is obviously not always easy to get members for this type of forum, but don't give up. Be positive and keep advertising and you will do very well!
