You can get a plugin for things to be added automatically.

I just got offered $30 for it but I declined as I know a friend who was very interested in my website when I had it running quite big and would 90% chance give me around $50 for it. It has quite a lot of comments on articles and I know a lot of people still go on the site from people asking me, tweeting and by the stats of hits.
