First Impressions - (Out of 20)
OK, when I first arrived at your portal, I really enjoyed the dark theme. It's glossy looking and very nice looking. It wasn't too cluttered and things were arranged just fine. However, the box that shows topic listings wasn't exactly great. The "lawl (Summ Unretires)" headline was definitely not something that would make me want to join a forum. First off, "im a mod again?" doesn't seem appropriate. Shouldn't moderators KNOW they're moderators? Also, the grammar in these headlines were bad. I don't know if they're some sort of inside joke, but they don't look very good to newcomers. It makes your forum seem unproffesional. Like I said though, the layout was good.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I really like your layout. The banner is REALLY nice. I also really liked how you have custom icons that go along with your site's name/theme. Nothing I saw was difficult to read or understand on the layout. The DR on some of the icons is a bit pixelated, but that is hardly noticeable at all. Your layout is definitely great, and I really couldn't suggest anything to do with it.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
Hmm, the 100+ members isn't bad, but your post count leaves something to be desired. You also mentioned multiple times on the forum that your activity is low. I would definitely suggest investing some time into, first, getting some new and ACTIVE members, and second, regaining activity from your existing users. From how I understand it you've been open around a year, and so the 7K statistic isn't that great. Remember that board activity is more important than a member count. What point is there of having so many members if they're not going to post? Part of the reason you may be lacking members is the unproffesionalism around your site, I'll go more into that in the next sections.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
OK, you have 4 staff members it seems. Why? Why do you need another admin and TWO mods? For your activity level, I don't see that many needed. Also, nobody around your forum that is staff seems to act proffesional. The grammar and spelling isn't good at all. That will be explained more in the spelling category. I'm serious though, if you want more members, you're going to have to improve the way everyone acts around your forum. It's fine to have fun, but when everything seems like a joke and the spelling is a near terrible level, you need to get more serious.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
OK, well, your forum descriptions were fine for the most part. Some though needed capitilization at the beginning, so those could be improved. However, you members, staff included, need MAJOR improvement. Capitals seems to be a very rare thing on your forum, and I constantly saw phrases like, "yes plz" around your forum. This is the main thing you need to work on. I also saw a moderator or two act quite rude on your forum, and when doing so did so with horrible spelling and grammar. It's totally unattractive to read.
