First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Well, first thing, i'm not too sure about having your username in the banner. Gives me the imprssion it's your forum, and only your forum. Dark Rider would've been just fine.
The skin is very nice, the colored links seem to match well up against the skin's background. The (DR) buttons are a nice touch, and are pretty self-explanatory with each color.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You got a general idea on what you want, and it works, just some things can be moved/combined ... and make the forum much more appealing in look, and activity.
I honestly believe, the General Stuff, and General Board can be combined, and left at the bottom where the original General Board is. It hasn't been posted in almost 3 months, so combining the two will get that board going as well, with the activity already in the General Stuff Board.
Then, try and get your new members board, under the VOTW board. although i think the VOTW board should be moved somewhere else, but maybe you have it there for a reason. But, i still suggest having your new members Board being the last in the top category. It stands out more, and easier for new members to find.
Next (3) category sections ::: Off sled, and Featured. Either these need to be reworked in with other boards, or they may just have to go. No activity in almost 4 months, is stretching it a bit. And the same in the next 2 categories. alot of Boards with no post in 4 months. Like i said, you may have had the best intentions with discussions for these, but doesn' seem to be the life of the forum.
Find clever ways to combine these, even make 1 Help & Support Board, and just make the 4 boards "Sub-Boards" on the next page. It'll llok much better, nd even more active looking.
Since you guys are gamers, i assume ... how come noobody's talking about ANY games. 4 topics, and nothing for another 4 months. You're the admin, maybe it's time to step up, and not wait to see if others members/staff are going to get the discussions going. They're follow you're lead, trust me

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
You've got a nice start, almost 100 members, but i'm pretty sure maybe 20% of them are still active. I'm seeing a ration of 55posts per member, based on the stats ... and i highly doubt that. It's just troubling as why so many Boards are dead, and left there.
I just find it hard to see, that after almost 7 Boards, ahven't had any activity in at least 2 months, you as the admin hasn't taken any action, or obligation, to try and get something new going in those Boards.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well, one thing, you got plent of staff on. But, seems that's all i see on recently. I just seriously think this is a forum, just for a friends social gathering, cause noone's doing much to keep the community going, only when certain members/staff are around.

The spelling and grammar, seems intact. Though, i would come up with more inviting Board titles, especially the new members "I think you get the point" Board Description.

I pretty much said more than enough to try and show you that the forum isn't going to make it, if YOU don't put in the effort. nd hope you do come back here, to read this, and take it seriously. I'm not bashing your forum, or admin ability, just trying to offer what i can, to help you improve.

The skin, and a couple cool members, like StingDaFling; read some of hisposts, and makes good solid posts there.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The Admin's name in the Banner, and 7 Dead Boards throughout the forum.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
Not interested in Line Rider Discsussion. And to be honest, when an admin won't take charge, and see things can be better, but doesn't acknowledge there's a problem, then i have no reason to get involved, when i have no certainty that things will get better.
