To request all you have to do is fill out the template:

I'd like the one like the oscar one but less of the "shine" affect. Maybe bring it up right above the middle of the image and the font like the green one that says Founder. But you can pick the color of the font to match.

Hey Darth,
Can you create mea userbar with a light blue gradient from light blue to white. And on the right side can you make in caps saying 'GF' can you make the GF go over, simlar to thehazey.
On the Left can you but Kyza in red text, can you use same text in the 3rd one you showed.
