Well what I'm trying to work out is who's in the wrong here - the father for initially restricting his daughter on the internet (which personally I fully support his decision), the daughter for taking her own father to court, the lawyer for pursuing the child's stupid claim, or the court for making a daft decision.
What kind of world is it that parents are taken to court by their children - and lose?
I think the lawyer should definitely take some responsibility here for encouraging this. The daughter is a child and children will try anything. LOL I guess the dad could've talked to the mom about what he found and what his reasons were. If dad could've got mom to revoke permission it might've helped his case. I dunno.
