I don't think a VC is a lower rank then any other ranks. We are all equal in purpose, but serve different responsibilities.

I get the sense that if I choose say 20-29, I could be either on one side of the scale, ie. 20 or on the other side, being 29, so I don't like narrowing down to a range which doesn't reflect accuracy, and is then easily judged by others, which I don't feel is right. Should I be put in the same group as a 20 year old, when I am turning 30?

Let's just say I can (legally) drive a car 😛
