After a month, there have been ups and downs. Mainly, its quite restricting. You see people breaking rules all over the board, but then you remember your only a GEM (Always looking out for those who appreciate the power of bumping, even staff. )
But, the graphics exchange it quite a funny area. You get requests of all sizes and ability. Many just do it for the cash, a lot show off all types of work, and the new graphics database is slow, but getting there. More requests come in than out. Many forget to change the attribute, so thats one of my jobs.
At the end of the day, though it may not seem hard or challenging, its quite a job and I quite like it.
