Your Quick Review
Pros:
I like the overal template used; looks nice for a hosting site for discussions on hosting and management.
The Board icons also work, but seems like the default style for the template; but I guess I like them as well.
And, to be honest, that's about all I can compliment on. But there's reason for that, which follows in the next section.
Cons:
Definitely don't like the Banner. And I'm assuming the DBZ stands for dragon ball Z; so I'm not sure how many guests will take your hosting site seriously when they also get that impression.
And, to top it all off ... you have more anime/mange boards, then you have on actual hosting. It's pretty obvious your a fan of this genre, but why suffocate the entire forum through it. OR, why not just make this an anime/mange site, with hosting on the side.
Your board layout is really out of place. You have way too many off-topic sections. I'm still not sure if you're serious about this being a hosting forum. As i said, looks like it would be best converted to a general discussion, or anime/manga site.
And have no idea why a board is soley dedicated to football. Why not all sports? It just seems you made 3 boards for hosting, then went on to creat everything that interests you, but not what an entire community, in general, would be interested in.
Hosting doesn't seem to be the activity driving factor here. Take my advice, just have Hosting discussion as an option for discussion. All the forum's life are in the off-topic section.
Final/General Thoughts:
There's nothing more I can really say, just that you need to decide if this forum is really going to be a good "Hosting" forum. I'm personally not seeing it, myself ... but it may work as something else instead of hosting.

That the forum just doesn't seem to have a clear direction on what it's suppose to be. Is it hosting? Anime/Manga? Or General Discussion?
