I like the skin but not the logo. You need a new layout and some forum descriptions.

Most of which are spambots -😉- If you search every one of your members 97% would be spambots and if you type their names into google you will get thousands of profiles on forums with that username which means its a spambot as no human can sign up for tens of thousands of forums...

You nearly have more members the posts so it is quite obvious. An easy way to reduce bots i to make some custom profile fields that are required on signup.
