Number of Members: 3/10 - For being open a month and having only 13 members is definitely not good! You could be trying so much better through advertising!
Number of Active Members: 4/10 - Your administrators aren't even active! You really need to start some contests!
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 4/10 - This would average your members to 5 posts each! You need to start some contests to get your members posting!
Appearance (first impressions): 9/10 - Your style is very nice and everything seems to fit together. You have chosen wisely with it.
Layout: 6/10 - Could of done better with the layout. You should switch General Gaming news and Introduce yourself around. Then rename General Gaming News' new category.
Moderation: 3/10 - You only have administrators and have not even tried looking for moderators! One of your administrators hasn't been active since the beginning of this month!
Activity: 2/10 - You have had your forum open since July now and you have only gotten 57 posts!
