You say adsense made $20 last month, and now ITS AT $46.13, as in its EARNED $46 this month or ontop of the $20 from last month youve earned about $26 this month?

And I have to agree $1,500 is kind of outrageous. Your charging almost 3 years worth of revenue assuming the website makes a steady $20 each month and doesn't decline ever. Most people multiply monthly earnings by 6 months and charge that price give or take some.

But it is a nice forum, let me know if you decide to drop the price or if you list it somewhere else

It earned $46.13+ this month, plus the $20 last month. I think $1500 is a fair price. You can easily make it back if you continue to stay active as the administrator and advertise.

I would like to know where the visitors are coming from...Because sites like Sweeva.com can increase traffic but it will ban you from adsense....If you can provide more thorough details, I and other potential buyers would greatly consider it.

The majority of the traffic is organic.
