Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really am in awe everythie i log on your site. It REALLY demands attention, no matter what you're expecting. the colors are bright, and vivid, and just perfect, seriously. I wouldn't change a thing.
Your banner is still brilliant, though, i've noticed you changed it a bit, and looks even better. You forum icons are the perfect macth, and flavor, easily compl, imenting the rest of the theme across the forum. and i'm just now noticing the Board statistics icon you're using, and that is a really nice touch.
The one thing, i'll have to complain about, and it's really the only thing, is the favicon. Using just letters is tricky, cause it may not be ligible on different browsers. i'm on Opera, and the bacl text seems to blend in the the gray, up in the open window marker. To be honest, if there was a way to fit a tiny judge's gavel, or something resembling a prop from a courtroom, that may be the perfect fit for your forum.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Now, we're talking. Seems you've made a lot of changes since the previous review. I'm really liking it. But, thing to always keep in mind, to keep "like material" close. And in your top category, suggestions boards always loook better just below the site news/updates board. Keep forum content sync'ed up, then have the new members board just below.
And, Debate & Discussion section, i would place "Latest News" in the first slot. Has a more broader range, and everything else below would be more organized according to thei subject material for debating.
As far as everything else. It' pretty much spot-on!

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You prpbably have no idea how great your forum is doing, especially for one of the hardest community's to get going. Cause debating can almost be done anywhere, but your forum has found it's audience. There's not a single debate topic that goes unnoticed.
With almost 150 members, and 7,000 posts and counting; your forum's doing remarkably well during it's first 4 months. It's also great to see how active all the Debate Boards are. Even when comparing them to the off-topic section, it's nice to see the numbers in the debate boards very active.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I believe you do have a good amount of staff; and it is required for this type of forum. but, i'm not very sure on how long each team member joined? But, seems some of them aren't too active. 2 moderators are averaging less than 1 post a day.
They should be heavily active, especially on this forum. Seeing their low post count, doesn't seem they're going through topics, and moderating, as important as it is for this forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your forum is done up nicely. And you've paid close attention to every detail and it shows. Nothing to complain about here. Spelling and grammar are top notch. Even when reading members posts, they're all very much high quality posts.
The only one thing, which isn't your fault and can't control, that some members seem to be going overboard on the size of their post. I know when debating, you have to get your point across; but for new members looking to join in on the fun, may be overwhelming for them to read through everything, and join in.

Final Remarks:
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The skin, and template. The overly amount of activity in the debate boards, and everyone takes those seriosouly there.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The favicon, lol, but that's about all i can really nit pick on.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I'm already there, and try to always check in. Sometimes i get lost on where i last replied, cause so much is going on by the next time i return. Those looking for a serious place, with serious debaters; on any life issue, will be right at home at The Debat Place!
