I was looking looking foward in launching an Technology Forum but These tablet repairs has set me back.
The 3DS which I only have at the momment has Cons and Prons in Running it temporarily (2 mths) from the device.
Prons
* It Connects to the internet
* I can be there actively to write post
* I can Advertise(the browser can be slow though)
* Can edit templates that are not over 2500 Characters
Cons
* Carn't Download Zip Files
* The 3DS Has A Character Limit(not completly sure think it's 2500 Character)
* The Browser Is Abit Slow but Not that bad
That's all I can think off for now, I thought about using A Free Host Temporarily with A proper domain that I can purchase.I think some hosts let you Buy your database for A certain price or if it's Forumotion I can use the Python FM to PHPBB Script when I get my tablet back.
I'm over the waiting came, At this point if I don't start now I'll Never achieve the goals.
Yes and If I can doit on my 3DS for 2 months?

On my tablet I would self host it But on the DS you have A 2500 Charater limit and carn't install mods and backup the database.
And to add onto that, Forumotion prohibits usage of such techniques. So, even if you fail, you risk termination of your website. Furthermore, I'd suggest Iceyboards over Forumotion for many reasons.
Try it. Spork is the most friendly free forum hosting owner. By the way, i didn't say it, as i never had a board there, but people who run forums there says it always. 🙂
I do have my Android tablet I'm going to fix that in may So I have the money.
At this point not yet, But I would like to.
The tablet let's me do all the tasks.
PS: I'm trying to get part-time work So I get money to pay for these things quicker.
Ok I am still debating plus 2500 Characters may not be enough to write articles,edit the source code and I carn't backup the database ethier.
Very hard decision But I am pasionate about this project at the same time.

Another thing being on A self hosted server, I carn't move hosts If I needed or edit the software.
Ive just checked freeforums.org they looked alright, Don't know if you can purchase the database and how much.
I'm not sure why they invent A 3DS browser but decide to lock it up the system is made for gaming and it does it will, but it's also now Web 2.0 and they need to stay updated with the future, Ive made A suggestion to Nintendo let yous know on the response tomorrow.
I don't think video games are a good investment these days. You're almost better off investing in a laptop or even desktop. Desktops are cheaper these days, and you good get some quality hardware, which means you can do quite a lot on one device. 🙂 Otherwise, laptops are out there, but a little more expensive.
As for tablets, I think they're a little too expensive on the price to hardware ratio at the moment.
I think Google Nexus' tablets provide a higher quality experience at their comparatively low prices. There's been talk of a new tablet on the road, so you might want to hold on to that though. 🙂
