Anyway, Yes the 3DS is A RIP off they couldn't even add some Web 2.0 features instead it's Web 1.0
I will look at Google Nexus on EBay only problem I'm on A contact with an carrier so I have to fix the tablet and keep it untill the contact is out.

Google Nexus or even IPads provide great quality only problem is waiting for the money in order to take any action is I think it should be in May.

May is A long while still, I was hoping to get the community up next week, Will need to wait now. To iffy in starting from A gaming device thats limited.

Nintendo should expand the browser or lower the price.

(that's Suprising, Doesn't fell like 1.0GHz)

I Contacted Nintendo and here's what they said(I'm saying it of my mind)

"Hello,

We understand why you want these features included, However we don't have any announcememts on adding this yet, If you like we will refer this to the Nintendo Department(We,re they develop the firmware/OS)
We could add these soon so keep watching at http://nintendo.com/3ds/

It's not just the specifications. It has to do with build and durability. I think the Nintendo 3DS would have limitations from the hardware used.

Yes it would, the OS itself is restricted so that says alot.

They would sell more if they listen to there customers and added what they wanted.

That's how Windows,Android & Apple are selling more.

Ive made the suggestion so Just seeing what happens, I'm sure alot of other users would of suggested the same things.

I'd buy a cheap laptop to do this, it just makes it more easier in my opinion.

Regarding the 3DS' browser - in my opinion it does not need to be able to do much. It can browse the internet fine in my experience. The 3DS is a games console, for playing video games. Everything can be thought of as an extra in my opinion.

I have to agree with Android on this matter. Laptops make things much easier when it comes to creating and maintaining a forum.

Also, in regards to the 3DS as I said in another post and as Android said above, it's a gaming console. It was created so that you could play video games and everything else it comes with is just extra. They didn't design it to be able to do everything you do on a tablet, let alone a computer. It does what it's meant to do, enough said. :shrug:

Your best bet is to get a laptop in my opinion.

I agree aswill I do understand that it was created for that purpose.

Fixing the Tablet is only $200 the cheapest I will get it.

Atleast it allows users to browse the internet only thing I don't understand is the character retriction and no HTML 5 support yet, there Wii system has HTML 5/YouTube and limited character length guess it's because of A bigger machine there the only real improvements I see.

I will get my tablet fix first and maybe get A windows laptop after that.

If I want Success with this forum/site best to start it out right.

Same with the 3DS it was designed for gaming and Phones where orginally designed for Ringing people portabely and they have done some upgrading and now that's all we care about these days 'internet'.

I've never tried this myself, but I can only imagine that running a forum or Website on a mobile device would be pretty difficult. If you were to come out with a forum, for instance, you may want to install one or two mobile themes for other members as well as yourself. I've learned from experience that mobile themes don't always look nice on an actual computer, so I'd imagine it'd look more nicer on a mobile device. While I'm still tired of this open/shut stage with you, Spudster, I will say good luck and hopefully you get your problems resolved soon. Also, browsing mobile devices is hard in the first place. I used to do Facebook from my phone at times but eventually gave it up because scrolling down was a pain in the you know where.

That is the reason why I am trying to get all these sorted before I even attempt to create another site/forum. I am over the open/shut stage myself and I can promise the next forum won't be included within that stage I know I said it A few times but I do mean it this time, When I think about it I might wait till I get my Tablet back that way I can keep the site/forum going.
