FP's Debating Tournament.
Hey everyone!
Welcome to the debating tournament. The community team has decided to start up a new and fun competition for all, as we have a lot of members who are interested in debating, we thought it would be a good idea if we put a competition in place.
How the competition works.
1. I will choose a motion and place it in a topic, the topic will remain open for three weeks.
2. I will then lock the topic at the end of the week and, myself and the other judges will go through the debate and choose the best debater. NB. The more points you bring up and the more rebuttal, the better chance you have of winning the debate.
3.You choose what side you want to be on eg. for the motion or against, sometimes it is harder to be on one side, if you choose that harder side, and if you bring up valid points than it looks good. :great:
5.It will be a Tournament, so the first person to 5 wins, will receive a cash prize, from me.
Rules
Follow the Forum's rules at all times, that means no Flaming or ganging up on each other. If there is lots of flaming, then I will probably have to cancel this.
The first motion will be posted tomorrow at 11am GMT.
