Nice logo! I'm a huge fan of holiday logos myself. I designed the FP Christmas one that's up at the moment. One of the key aspects to a good holiday logo is finding a design that keeps the spirit of the regular logo but adds a holiday twist to it. Kind of like how most Google doodles have their company name in it, but stylized.
