Design Forums

I admit my blog usage is limited, and i've rarely come accross one with worthwhile discussion. I see you run one, which looks pretty decent, so they arent all bad 😛

My experience has just conditioned me to think a certain way. My blog exeperience has generally been a bad one. Well, not bad, more not worth while.
Yeah, I just started off, so I'm not expecting 10 pages worth of comment discussion 😛 I've generally had good blog experience so it's fairly subjective.

I think you should try following design blogs more, post some of your work there as a larger audience and more business men and what not have a better chance of finding you and approaching you. Also if you have a decent webcam, software or some sort you can create a YouTube, go day by day or some sort by adding new video's each day of how you progress from tutorials. Also I would recommend that you, find a decent tutorial and self-learn yourself from there.

Maybe if all designers just team ip to make a website, then maybe we would go somewhere.

Yes, I think we should do this. A lot of people that are good at designing aren't too good at foruming I noticed. Probably because they are more focused on graphics 😛

Yeah, but, the ones who aren't that great at foruming, how can you be sure that they've never joined up with a forum till they've discovered yours or someone elses? When I started foruming for the first time in 2007, I didn't know jack about forums, like what made a forum good and everything. All you got to do is give some of these newer members a try and they'll learn soon enough.

Its a slowly dying category. But I plan on launching a graphics forum very soon. I'd be happy to see you there. 🙂
