Desperate for help

Is my forum playing tricks on me or have I been hacked ?

My forum used to have a deep red header, with custom icons etc.

Earlier this afternoon it changed, I didn't touch anything, now; no matter what I do I cannot get my original settings back, even when I did a restore it stayed as it is now.

I'm at my wits end, I've put over 200 hours into this only to see it all ruined.

Have i done something, or is this what a hacker would do.

I've changed my passwords, but i have been told there are exploits in phpbb that you cannot stop ?

I need soem serious help here, and I am willin gto trust someone on here enough to give them my ftp passwords if they can sort it out for me

this is the second time today its happened, how does that explain the header changing back to prosilver blue

UPdate
Seem to have got it.
Seems you have to set prosilver as the default theme, but using the skin image sets etc.
What I don't understand is how these settings changed on their own.
All i have to do now is set up all the Icons again
