I like the banner. It is simple yet really just is down to the point, the site is about Kirby. Great job.
The font is nice, that is a microsoft word font I think, it fits well with Kirby.
Easy navigation; the entire site is very easy to navigate. The buttons are clear, and concise, and take you to where you want to go very quickly and easily.
The yellow background behind the posts fits well.
I REALLY like the arcade, great addition to any site!
Forum Cons:
The font is very boring. The entire site blog posts is all in standard times new roman, which isn't appealing at all.
The sites background is very abstract and plain awkard compared to the rest of the site. It isn't yellow or anything, it's just strange leaf looking tie die type of stuff. Doesn't fit well.
Final/General Thoughts:
Good news, your forum has more pros than cons. I really just think you need to sort those few things out then get your site onto the web more.
