Destroyed Dog Toys

My daughter's dog destroyed her new Christmas toys already and I brought 2 of them home so I could sew them up. Do you mend toys or do you just toss them?

I buy dog toys from Kong & West Paw that can't be destroyed.

It wasn't one that I bought 🙂 The dog is a bulldog and is an aggressive chewer!

I will sew the toys back up and she can get many more times of play out of them. There is one toy that was my own dog's favorite, then the bulldog came around and she loves it too, and then the dog that I found that was abandoned spent the day with us and it turned out that he loved that toy too. If I can keep sewing that toy and make dogs happy, I will.

If it's broken, we throw it out. If they're not playing with it anymore, we donate it somewhere for other kids who's parents can't afford toys to play with.

Broken dog toys go straight in the trash can, and we seem to go through them very quickly. My girlfriend thinks we have to buy our beagle a new toy every time we go to the store.
