Updated our main layout and added a login panel.Also I need I deas for a home page.It took me 5 hours to tweak everything but it turned out well.

Sorry for not answering but im using mysql and yes i will try to include your suggestions.By the way i have another team member working on core files so im just design templates layouts for different things my latest design is called booter

The only thing I can see when I go to the link you provided is a loading screen, with a circle and a rotating triangle in the center of the page. If that's what you want critiquing on I'd have to say it looks professional and I like it. Especially the way each little triangle lights up before the spin.

Just saw the second link a few posts up. Overall I like the look and feel, but it just seems too rigid. I don't know how else to explain it. Maybe make the top part where pBulletin is without that gaudy white border. It takes away from the overall look and feel.
